Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible:
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
– All original tags and the protective film over the printed logo must be intact.
– Gift cards are non-refundable.
– A proof of purchase is required.
– Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method within a few business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Need to cancel your order? No problem, just make sure to do it before your item ships.
Once your order is shipped, we can’t cancel it anymore since shipping costs are already on the way.
