Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

–  Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

– All original tags and the protective film over the printed logo must be intact.

–  Gift cards are non-refundable.

–  A proof of purchase is required.

–  Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance.

Need to cancel your order? No problem, just make sure to do it before your item ships.
Once your order is shipped, we can’t cancel it anymore since shipping costs are already on the way.

If it’s already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives (see our Refund & Return Policy for details).
